Privacy: Your personal details and guests names and addresses are kept confidential. Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party.
Out of Stocks / Backorders:
We attempt to keep a minimum amount of stock of most items unless specified on the product information. As we have a large range of products it may not always be possible to have enough stock on hand to meet our orders. If an item is temporarily out of stock it is ordered in as soon as possible and the customer is informed of any delays. In general it only takes a few days to receive new stock.
If stock is unavailable when you order we may decide to ship what is available and place items on backorder to avoid as much delay as possible. If this happens we will advise you of the expected delay time. You may choose to cancel your backorder or wait for stock to arrive. All backorders are shipped at the cost of Ginger Lily.
Prices:
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notification.
Payment Methods:
We accept payment by direct deposit, cheque, money order and Pay Pal.
All orders paid for by direct deposit, cheque or a money order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared. Please allow this in your delivery time when placing your order.
Payment of DIY Orders:
We require full payment of your order before it is dispatched.
Payment of Handmade Invitation orders:
A 50% deposit is required when you place your handmade invitation order so that we can secure the supplies required to make your invitations.
The balance is payable when your order is complete. We will contact you for payment when your order is ready for shipping. No refunds will be given after commencement of you order.
Refunds:
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for over ordering, incorrect ordering or simply changing your mind.
We highly recommend that you purchase a sample or single unit of stationery before placing your larger order.
Any item that is damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Any damaged item/s will be replaced or refunded.
Refunds are given as a credit for future purchases unless otherwise arranged with Ginger Lily.
We do not offer refunds on our printed or handmade invitations.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your DIY stationery order for any reason please contact us asap. Cancellations will be accepted at the discretion of Ginger Lily.
All Printed and handmade invitation orders can only be cancelled up to a week after placing your order.
Variations:
Please bear in mind when ordering handmade products that they are hand made. Small variances between items are expected but will be minimal due to the nature of being handmade.
Whilst every attempt to display items as close to their true colour is made, differences in monitors and monitor settings may make onscreen colours appear slightly different.
Order Errors:
All orders are carefully checked before being shipped but occasionally a mistake can be made. Please check your order on receipt and inform Ginger Lily within 7 days of receiving your order if there is a mistake. Any mistakes made by Ginger Lily will be rectified as soon as possible at their cost.
After 7 days Ginger Lily will not be responsible for any mistakes and will consider the order as completed.
Printing Errors:
All printed orders will be sent a proof before printing. If an error is signed off by you during this process you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting. It is the customers responsibility to check all proofs before printing.
Proofs:
All printed orders will be sent a PDF proof, including all fonts, via email to sign off on before printing. Please check it carefully. Once you have signed off on your proofs printing may begin. We will not print any orders unless we have received your signed proof back.
Guest Lists:
Please fill out one of our guest list formats found in our ordering section of our website if required. Please fill out exactly as you want to see on your invitation. Any re prints because of mistakes from your guest list will be at the customer’s expense.
If you need to add extra names or have changes please send through a new guest list.
Delivery:
All orders are shipped through Australia Post and shipping & handling is payable by the customer.
When ordering DIY products please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Orders are shipped within 4 days after receipt. We cannot guarantee delivery times as we use a third party for shipping. If you need your order in a hurry please consider purchasing Express post at an extra cost.
For handmade orders please allow 4 weeks delivery after your proofs have been signed off. Smaller orders can take less time and if you do need your order in a hurry please advise us at the time of ordering. We will try and meet your requested delivery time if at all possible.
Ginger Lily is not liable for any loss, damage or charges caused by third parties.
Urgent Orders:
If you require items urgently please contact us as soon as possible to check on our stock level and confirm that your delivery request can be met.
